HexiroTerms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Ol&Yu_2013, Wroclaw, Poland. By using Hexiro you accept them.
Who can use Hexiro
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please review these terms with a parent or guardian; purchases require the permission of your parent or guardian where the law requires it.
1. The service
Hexiro is a learning app that teaches programming through short, game-like exercises. Content, rewards and features may change over time as we improve the app.
2. Accounts
- A guest account is created automatically on first launch. You may attach an email address or Sign in with Apple / Google to keep progress across devices.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account.
- One account may hold up to four profiles.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by trying to break, overload or get around its security (for example through the code challenges), by automating play to manipulate leagues, or by reverse-engineering the service except where the law allows it.
4. Subscriptions
- Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. The price and period are shown before you confirm the purchase.
- Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- In-game currency ("caps") and items have no monetary value, cannot be bought with money and cannot be exchanged for money.
5. Content and intellectual property
The app, its characters, lessons and artwork belong to us or our licensors. Code you write in bonus challenges belongs to you; we only use it to check the answer.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update these terms; if a change is material we will notify you in the app before it takes effect.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Account & data → Delete account, or on the web). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
